 The CAP 405 is a single or double colour Pad-Printing machine, for the decoration of images on flat or spherical surfaces. The machine operates with manual loading and unloading and is ideal for printing images with a maximum diameter of 100 mm on medium and small sized parts, such as the external shells and handles of cookware items. Small, lightweighted and flexible, the CAP 405 is the ideal solution for whoever wishes to introduce pad printing in the production.
Thanks to our 30 years experience, we can make special versions for cookware items.
MAIN FEATURES
- ideal for samll and medium sized itens;
- Easy to program, with touch screen operator panel;
- Controls via foot pedal, in alternative to classic push-button;
- Adjustable stroke frequency via 2-position key;
- Positioning of printing items adjustable on the X, Y, R axes;
- Parts support table adjustable on the axes X,Y,R,Z;
- The machine has safety devices, complete with a “CE” certification.
CAPMAC can also provide:
- electronic pre-treatment device for increasing the ink gripping on the pieces to be printed;
- curing ovens (UV or others);
- clichés, pads and inks;
- professional training and technical consulting for the composition of inks and the organization of stock;
- training for the use and maintenance of the plant;
- machine for the production of clichés;
- automatic cleaning-washing machine (it allows the cleaning of all parts subject to get in contact with the inks );
