 The CAP 403 is a plant for pad printing with 5 or 4-colour printing for the decoration of flat or spherical surfaces. The machine has manual loading and automatic unloading and is ideal for the printing of images on cookware items such as handles of pots and pans. Of extremely high precision and productivity, the CAP 403 is CAPMAC's flagship plant in it's engineering solutions for pad printing.
The CAP 403 is composed by a print head, equipped with an inking device with multiple ink-cups, an horizontal conveyor with 18 pallets, a Touch-screen operator panel.
The plant comes complete with an electronic pre-treatment device that increases the adhesion of the ink on the pieces to be printed. The cap 403 has also a device for pad-cleaning, suitable for automatic removal from the pad work surface of any ink residue, dust or similar.
All components come from major manufacturers.
The CAP 403 is marked "CE", according to the standard 2006/42/CE (D. Lgs. n. 17 of 27 January 2010). Complete with fixed protections, optical barriers and security access.
